Air cooled vs oil cooled vs water cooled ball bearing turbo?

I'm looking at building a twin turbo big block and I've got my eye on Precision 75ish millimeter turbos for the project and they use dual air cooled ceramic ball bearings in place of oil cooled or water cooled units. I'm not that familiar with plumbing turbos and I'm trying to keep the need to run hoses all over the engine bay to a minimum because it's going to be dry sumped also. Anyway, thanks in advance.
