454 350 swap

how difficult is it to swap a 350 to 454

That depends on your definition of difficult. If the car is a year that offered both a big block and a small block from the factory say like a 69, that would be a really good start.

Just finished making the swap on my 7o vette. Biggest issue was the water pump. If you have the long pump you will have to cut out the front crossmeber for the front pulley. If you have the short pump it is just a nut and bolt job. Converting over from long to short pump is expenses, as the alt, and ps pump have to be relocated and new brackets are required.
