Need help lt1 nitrous build

So I'm new to building engines and just bought my dad's old 94 c4 corvette with 70k on the engine. He wants me to build a N/About 600hp 383 stroker from the stock LT1. I know that's gonna be a bi#@* to drive on the street plus expensive as heck! So that a no. I want to get around 425hp-475hp from the motor with a direct port 150-200 shot on top. I want to keep it drivable/reliable for the street. I wouldn't mind turning it into a 383 to reach my goal. Been seeing alot of mixed articles regarding compression ratios and what's are the best internals. I'd like to go a little overkill on the bottom end if I could but not cheap out up top. Expecting to put around 10k into it.
Looking for advice on best internals. CRANKSHAFT, RODS, PISTONS, RINGS, HEADS, VALVES, SPRINGS, COMPRESSION, RATIOS ETC. Any tips / advice would help. Thanks in advance
