1999 or 2002 - Help a Newbie Decide!

Hi All. A bit of a quandary. Not sure if technology changed much between these 2 years, but I am considering the following (both torch red, coupes, almost identical, automatics,m mostly garage kept)

1999
44,000 miles, both tops
HUD
Newer SS exhaust - x pipes
fresh air intake and chip with programmer
brakes and tires in excellent shape
10 CD
$18,000

2002
78,000 miles, glass top but guy added removable headliner
HUD
New GY run flats and bosch brakes this year
$17,500

Plan on driving in reasonable weather, maybe 7K miles a year.

Thanks!

02.. The ebcm and other electronic components are serviceable. 97-00 are not.. Also the key fobs and tire pressure monitors are way cheaper..
