I have my vette on a trickle charger in a non heated garage it is cold here and i was told that if i start my car every once in a while it will cause condensation it that is no good but i was also told to start it to get oil up to the pistons every once in a while i keep it stored 6 months out of the year what is the correct thing to do when it is stored ?Should i start it or not?:confused:

For you question, I would start it !! I store mine for the winter & I start mine every other week!! Again welcome aboard!! Tim c5garage

I let mine sit for 3 months. Trickle charge and never start it. No problems ever.

I'd suggest if you do start it you at least let it run long enough to get the oil up to operating temperature.
