I was expecting these in time for the Chitown Kruze a couple weeks ago... Painted battery and fuse box covers... And for a little Bling , I added a mirrored C6 crest for the battery cover and a chrome Corvette Jake decal for the fuse box cover...

I have been over here for the last 10 months, have 2 to go and look forward to returning stateside. I have a 01 vert that the wife currently enjoys driving around in. Looking forward to some nice cold beer and a steak when I get back.

I am stationed at Iraqi Camp Mejid if any one knows where Al Asad is, we are close by.

Welcome to the forum. The C5 is a great car and I love driving a roadster. I am a person who lives overseas over 50% of the time (I work 28-28 in Africa) so I know how nice it is to come home after being overseas. The first thing I usually do (after recovering from jet lag) is to take the roadster for a workout. My wife drives mine a lot when I am not home also.

We have some nice roads around Williamsburg that are best traveled with the top down. I am hoping that I can stay home for a while, but depending on the ecomomy, I may have to come back over in the fall.
