I have just been given word that if I can get 10 or more cars interested in the GM Roadster tune they will fly out to the location and do a before and after tune for those that are interested.

Hello Everyone,

I just wanted to post an update to this event. We are currently 6 weeks away and I really want to see this pull together. We have a maximum of 7 people and need 13 more for the full discounted rate. Here is the current list:

Definitely Coming

Bryan Festa (encriptor/mbfesta2009) - 2007 Pontiac Solstice GXP - 2.0T
Kennysabarese - 2007 Saturn Sky Redline - 2.0T

Tentatively Coming

Elff - 2008 Saturn Sky Redline - 2.0T
RU-Sky - ???? Saturn Sky Redline - 2.0T
Dengel - ???? Pontiac Solstice ??? - 2.??
marlboromike - ???? Saturn Sky ??? - 2.??
Eddy - ???? Chevrolet Cobalt - 2.0S -> Turbo

Trust me when I say this is going to be a fun event, I have done these before using FWD platforms and they have always done well. You will get to meet people who share the same hobby and interests as you, also will get the chance to see in person what modifications are available and how those modifications perform. An event like this could help you with knowing where to go next with your own car. These events will introduce you to others out there and you could possibly create some new friendships. I can also promise that if this goes well I will be putting together more performance oriented events to keep us all together.

Keep in mind that if we get 10 people interested in the GM Roadster Tune they will also come to the event.

With that said are you Corvette owners going to let the 4 cyl cars be the dominant motor at the event?:eek: Let's see some more participants from the Corvette community!

Hello Everyone,

Well we are 5 weeks out from the event and I am not seeing the type of activity I was hoping for. Here is the current list:

Definitely Coming

Bryan Festa (encriptor/mbfesta2009) - 2007 Pontiac Solstice GXP - 2.0T

Tentatively Coming

Elff - 2008 Saturn Sky Redline - 2.0T
RU-Sky - ???? Saturn Sky Redline - 2.0T
Dengel - 2007 Pontiac Solstice GXP - 2.0T
marlboromike - ???? Saturn Sky - 2.4
Eddy - ???? Chevrolet Cobalt - 2.0S -> Turbo
Kennysabarese - 2007 Saturn Sky Redline - 2.0T

Keep in mind that if we get 10 people interested in the GM Roadster Tune they will also come to the event.

With 1 person definite and 6 people tentative I am left to ask what is wrong. I would like to hear from the community because

between all of the forums I have posted this on I see 487 people have viewed my post, 27 replies including mine, and as you can see

the few people that have stated their status above.

Please let me know why your responses are so few. If I don't see at least 10 cars on the list by next week I will cancel the event.

Thank you,

OK the bad news is we are cancelling the dyno day for November 22nd. The good news is I will be posting a poll to setup a dyno day for 2009. Hopefully we can get a better response to run this next year.
