My C5 recently started making a noise that I've identified as the right headlight gear going bad. It continous to run after the lights are shut off, and then stops after awhile. I understand the replacement gear is made out of copper/brass (metal) instead of plastic. I'm looking for help in how to make this repair. I'd appreciate input on this, thanks!
