1982 Corvette Vinyl with T-top?

I own (and are restoring) a 1982 Corvette that was originally built for sale in Canada, and was eventually imported to the States in 1997. It is blue with a black vinyl rear and black tinted T-top.

I know that there were around 570 Corvettes made in that shade of blue in 1982. However, not all of them included the vinyl on the rear and T-top. Does anyone know where I can find information on how many were made in that style? Or how many were made for sale in Canada? Also, any idea on how much it is possibly worth (there is no rust anywhere on the frame)?

First off I am a Canadian and that is the first corvette I have ever seen with a vinyl rear end.I would think that this was a after market add on.The only concern may be what it could be hidding.

For your question on your vette !! That is a aftermarket piece & a RARE one at that!! I have only seen that on one other 82 vette at a vette show!! Tim c5garage
