I just joined the forum. I have searched several ways to learn about the short throw shifter made by I believe MGW. I found nothing. Anyone have any ideas as I am certain someone has discussed it.

I have discusssed it with George. I intend to order it but want to be certain it doesn't affect my warranty. I picked up my new beast last week. I come from Gereman cars, including 2 M3"s. I haven't opened it up yet as I read on another forum that one should not exceed 55mph or downshift until 500 miles so that the pistion rings can seat and other parts of the engine come together.

New member here and this is a very old thread (with no replies previously).

Just wanted to say I installed a MWG (30%) shifter in my 2005 C6 about 6 months ago and really like it. Much better than stock (also replaced the 05 console with an 08 light gray CF one at the same time)
