Is there a good product out there to clean the tarnish off aluminum rims without a lot of effort? something to make them shine again.

I use Mother's Aluminum polish, and the power ball on a drill. It works pretty good without much effort :D

You'll have to determine if they Still have the factory clear-coat on them, if so remove with Aircraft Stripper [autozone] and THEN use the Powerball. Watch that stripper on tires, Best to Dismount if possible...
