So my remote died and I ordered another one online since it was cheaper to get it from chevy parts (http://www.gmpartsclub.com) than my local dealer. My question is how do I program it so I dont have to take it to the dealer and pay them big bucks to do it. I know ive seen a website before that listed the directions but now I cant find it.

Two different frequencies for remotes. 97-00 (more expensive) 01-04 (number 1 and 2). You program it using the DIC.
