Hello.I have a problem with my computer chip.I have a 1989 Corvette with a L98 engine.It was suggested to me to put a ZZ3 cam in it and it will bring the car to life.I have installed a 2209 edelbrock cam in it after going to the local speed shop and they suggested the 2209 stating that they are both the same.I don't know much about engines and so after doing this I find out that I have to change the computer chip.Problem is what to get and where to get it.The local speed shop told me to contact Super chips and so I did and I got no response.I've searched around the internet without any luck.Is there anyone out there that could help me? One thing I forgot to add.What's happening is that I,m getting a spark knock.Checked timing and installed rapid fire plugs but knock is still there.
