I have a 72 vette L48 motor,I had to install a new tacometer cable which when ok but after I was done the windshield wipers wouldnt work.when you turn them on the fan for the ac loses power ,and the control box on the ac housing clicks.it acts like its not grounded .anybody got any ideas
