The SECOND I turn on the radio, I get a max volume HUM coming from the r/r speaker. Is this something easy OR do I have to remove the WHOLE r/r unit and send it in for a rebuild?? Thanks in advance, Joe

Do not buy replacements or have someone rebuild the speakers for you. Contact Bose direclty. They can rebuild your speakers for about $150 each. Find a contact number by searching for Bose speakers. You should replace both rears at the same time.
