c7 car won't rol

I start my car and put it in gear but it won't move. I have to turn steering wheel to hard then I hear a loud pop then then I can drive .
Anyone have this problem?

This happens on the ZL1 Camaro too. The brakes sometimes stick if they're put away wet. Only real solution is to park the car dry, don't use the parking brake when wet, or make sure the car rolls a bit after stopping to rotate the rotors a tad, then stop the car by leaving it in gear.
